Chocolate-Chip Pumpkin Bread Recipe

My all time favorite recipe for fall is this Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread recipe. I’ve made it so many times I might be able to make it without looking at my recipe. It is a family favorite and is perfect for so many occasions, not to mention, very easy to make! So here it is.

Dry ingredients:
1 ½ c flour
1 tsp of baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp ginger

Put dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Wet ingredients:
½ c margarine/butter (1 stick melted)
1 c sugar ( I sometimes only use ¾ c)
¾ c of canned pumpkin ( ½ can)
2 eggs ( I use a egg substitute due to an allergy and it works just fine)
1tsp vanilla
¾ c chocolate chips (add these and nuts last)
½ c chopped walnuts (optional) I personally never put them in

Mix wet ingredients together; then slowly add in dry ingredients. Then add chocolate chips and nuts if you wish. I bake mine in a bundt pan, for about 40 to 50 min.
