Purple Granola Bowl

What an awesome way to start the day!

This is a super easy way to have a smoothie and granola at the same time in the morning. I love this recipe! It’s sweet, healthy, and super colorful. Since I make my own almond and coconut milk, I do not add any flavor to them. So, when I feel like I want to give a twist to my granola, I add berries. You can also mix different kinds together, such as blueberries and blackberries. Whatever is your favorite! For me, blueberries are my top choice. They are full of antioxidant, great for the skin, great for the vision, and aid in bowel movement. Doesn’t it make you want to try it too?!! I hope so!

Purple Milk

  • 1/2 a cup of blueberries 
  • 1 1/2 cup of almond milk (you can also substitute for cashew, or coconut if you like it better)

Granola Mixture

  • Granola (any brand you want, or homemade)
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1-2 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1-2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1-2 tbsp Shia seeds

First blend the blueberries and milk together, then pour over your granola mixture.
